Ok Its not like the title but kinda ^^" anyways back to the topic.

It all started yesterday, I browsing through youtube then I saw a familiar art from :iconlesya7: from this youtube name loveaniexxxD. That Person Took The winter art work of sasusaku & naruhina also the manga that Lesya7 is still working on " Just a Inncoent Joke" (Don't know what it is go check out Lesya7 ^^).  I hate it when I see "people" from youtube takign someone elses art work and translate it to another language -.-. YOU CAN'T HIDE THE FACT YOU DIDN'T DRAW IT!!!!!!!! YOU TOOK IT WITHOUT ASKING THE CREATOR OF THE DRAWING!!!!!!!!!!!. its not right to take other people's artwork >:( its NOT cool!!!!!!. Sure no one will find out about but other people will cause they see the artwork from the CREATOR!!!!!!!!. -_- wow I call that DUMB!!!!!!!. Oh don't get me started I'v seen Stayse9's work too -_- from that youtuber person.

They think THEY have the "RIGHT" to take someone else's art work without asking!!!!!!!!. WHO CARES IF ITS ON GOOGLE!!!!!!!! JUST ASK THE PERSON OR GIVE CREDIT TO THE CREATOR OF THE ART!!!!!!!!!!! -_-.

Ok im done shouting in my anger o.o sorry I get too carry away so yea.

If you people have youtube accounts then keep a certain eye for any artwork from Deviant Art art work being use without permisson or give credit to the person who did the drawings and etc.

I've seen other youtube videos they give credit to the person who did the work but some PEOPLE don't HAVE the GUTS to GIVE THEM CREDIT to the artist or Aleast put down the link/name to there Deviant Art -_-.

I just wanted to let you know this because It pisses me off when some PEOPLE take someone else's work not give credit or tell who did the work!!!!!!!

Ok im done so just beware of this o.o also a heads up most people See the art work on Google.

bye ^^

I'm a moderator in a small artist community, and yeah, stealing of others works is a serious issue online. What most people do not realize is there are no law enforcement against it. This falls under the category of you are supposed to sue the person and FORCE them to stop and reimburse you for theft of intellectual properties.

After what I have seen over the last three decades I have to assume this is to promote the theft of small time artists, writers, and comedians (yes, comedians having their routines stolen by bigger named comedians was where I first heard of all this back in the 80's) by more "Important" and "famous" people. I mean if you can't afford five years in court and then buying law enforcement to implement these court decisions, how do you defend yourself? You don't.

Thankfully in the small community I deal with it isn't hard to get in touch with the original artist and ask them if they gave permission or not for someone to use their works and have them taken down if the person did not get said permission. And we will even go back with admin's help and force remove artwork or outright ban the user in severe or reoccurring cases. But it is my understanding this stance is rare online. Social networks especially are pretty bad about no admin or mod/OP support unless you can threaten them with lawsuits.

I hear your venting, am sympathetic, but this is the internet, and law enforcement is almost non existent out here, and besides from efforts to just flat out censor the net, gotv & law enforcement have no interest in getting involved. "Too much trouble to be worth tax payer time."

Thus be damned careful in what you post out here and ALWAYS expect it to be fair game for theft.

IMO at least, based off my observations and experience.
